Embarking on his construction journey in 2000, Grant Emans co-founded a building company that worked on diverse projects for over a decade. In 2010, the need for sustainable construction led to the establishment of Designer Eco Homes. For five years, they pioneered environmental sustainability in home design and construction.

In 2016, inspired by the Tiny House Movement in the USA, Designer Eco Homes transitioned exclusively to crafting tiny homes—energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and affordable structures. With modern transportation, these housing solutions are now available across Australia and beyond.
